The Capital was AMAZING, FABULOUS, PERFECT!!! First of all, THE STAFF! I travelled for work around the world since 1978 and the staff at The Capital exceeds the graciousness of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Every single staff member treated you like you were family. They were friendly, attentive and could not do enough for us. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Two minutes from Harrods! Enough said about that! Perfect location. Close to Knightsbridge tube station so easy access to the Underground. We arrived on an early morning flight and made the decision for a room at the back of the hotel. My sister and I could not believe *how quiet* this room was. We literally heard no noise from outside, or inside the hotel as well. I highly suggest you book a room with Breakfast - either The Continental or The English Breakfast. Both are fabulous. It depends on your personal preference for breakfast pastries (delicious) fresh fruit, yogurt, granola/cereal or a hot egg dish. As we told one of the staff the morning we left, who peeked out of the breakfast area to tell us *Goodbye* and who took fabulous care of us during breakfast each morning... *We are so going to miss you! * And we are. We certainly were spoiled by every staff member at The Capital. When returning to London, and we will... I've been there 200 - 300 time and it was my sister's first trip and we both LOVE LONDON, we never need to search for a hotel again. We have found our home in London at The Capital. Love to all of you at The Capital... you all are AMAZING!

I love the cozy English vibes of this hotel. Feels like home and not some big fancy commercial hotel. The staff were all super friendly and helpful to all my requested needs. The room was very comfortable. There was also sky tv so I loved at night I could watch some English tv or anything I wanted with a wide selection of channels. The location doesn’t get any better than this being right next to Harrods. Definitely will be coming back again and again in the future.

The staff where lovely. It was a traditional hotel with the old values (and that is rare these days). The rooms are a little shabby but the service and tradition makes up for that. We came by car and they parked it. Lovely service and touch. The food in the restaurant was good too. When do you ever get a good restaurant in a hotel? They have just done the bar and restaurant up it is very small but nicely done.

Location excellent.Very good breakfast..dinner and food quality was extremely excellent .italian chef is extremely excellent..staff everywhere helpful , always welcoming the guest . The hotel is highly recommended for the guests like who likes small boutique hotels ..
